CRG expands CRM capabilities for the transportation sector

Civic Resource Group recently delivered new Customer Relationship Management Systems (CRM) for transit agency clients Metrolink and Foothill Transit. Metrolink, the commuter rail agency serving a five County area in southern California, looked to Civic Resource Group to provide project management and implementation services for a hosted on-demand CRM system. Metrolink is taking a proactive approach to delivering superior customer service and is one of the first transit agencies in the country to deploy a robust enterprise CRM system that realizes the benefits of an on-demand system. Foothill Transit serving over 21 Cities in Los Angeles County engaged CRG to develop an integrated series of CRM applications. The new system includes a range of new web based self service tools including an intelligent notification and alert system.
