City of Mission Viejo adopts Information Technology Master Plan developed by CRG

The City of Mission Viejo retained CRG through a competitive bidding process for a comprehensive information technology strategic plan. The plan was unanimously adopted by City council during an open session in which CRG presented the plan to council members and the public. The document will serve as a blueprint over the next 3 to 5 years for a series of technology initiatives that will improve City customer service, streamline City operations, and enhance citizen satisfaction. The process for development of the plan included interviews with all City departments and every member of the City Council.
