San Jose State University develops new strategic framework in its mission to “Power Silicon Valley”

Civic Resource Group recently completed a comprehensive report on the state of Information Technology at San Jose State University along with a road map for realizing its goal of leveraging technology as a defining characteristic of the University. The report included a strategic framework for information technology planning that will be an integral part of aligning the university’s technology planning with the overall University’s 2010 Vision strategic plan. The report is part of a university wide strategic initiative to better utilize information technology throughout the University and position itself as a leader in the application of information technology to enhance the educational process.
